hockingstuart is a leading real estate network in Victoria, Australia, with over 50 offices across the state. As the in-house designer at the head office, I helped develop and expand the brand’s visual identity, ensuring it was consistently applied across the network while enhancing the visual impact of campaigns and digital communications.
The Challenge
The brand’s fundamental visual identity and creative direction were provided by an external creative studio, but it required internal rollout and adaptation for a diverse network of offices. The challenge was to translate high-level creative concepts into scalable, practical designs that met the needs of the entire network, while maintaining brand integrity and cohesion across all marketing and digital materials.
The Solution
I expanded the existing visual identity by creating templates, layouts, and assets that could be used across campaigns, digital platforms, and internal communications. Working in conjunction with the creative studio, I adapted the top-level concepts to address the design needs of the head office and the broader network, ensuring flexibility without compromising the professional and polished brand presence.
The Result
The brand’s visual identity was successfully implemented across all offices and channels, creating a cohesive, consistent, and engaging presence.
