UI Design

eLaurus

eLaurus is an online STEM learning platform by Laurus International School of Science, offering interactive science content through an intuitive and easy to navigate web app.

Designing the platform from the very ground up, we put together an exciting and engaging user interface that is easy for young learners to intuitively find content that appeals.

The eLaurus product also required a front facing landing page that was geared towards the parents and designed to effectively capture interest and ultimately convert to subscriptions.

Guardian

Guardian is a cryptocurrency tax filing service by Aerial Partners. Ideal for busy individuals or those with complex transactions, it allows complete delegation of tax matters to professionals.

Cryptocurrency is still a relatively new investment technology. As such, tax regulations are often still being created or changed, making filing crypto-related tax a very confusing process.

The purpose in the landing page design was to convey professionalism and trustworthiness, establishing credibility.

Equally as important was to simplify complex tax-related information about cryptocurrency, and guide users toward engaging professional assistance. An intuitive layout ensures users can easily access information about services, pricing, and contact details.

eLaurus International Academy

Seperate from the eLaurus platform, which is targeted at early education, the International Academy offers a genuine Cambridge curriculum to older students in an online format.

The product helps students to enrol into courses, watch their online lessons, undertake testing and schedule discussions with educators.

The design aimed at conveying a more prestigious and classic feel to express the relation to the Cambridge curriculum, while also maintaining an interesting appeal for the age group.

Gtax

Gtax helps users take a DIY approach to cryptocurrency tax calculations by automating gains and losses and ensuring tax compliance.

The challenge was to display as much useful data on screen without overwhelming the user. The solution was to keep the screens minimal, focus on the readability of data tables, make critical actions easy to find and the navigation to always be evident.

Science with Echo on Youtube

The Science with Echo videos is a series of STEM based educational content for young learners. It is in line but separate to the paid eLaurus content and produced to share free content with the public.

The videos are fully animated by our host, my original character “Echo”, who guides the viewer through learning about different topics like sea creatures, space and more.

Social media marketing for eLaurus

Although eLaurus’ socials aims to share practical, valuable STEM related content to a growing audience, ultimately the goal was to drive prospective users to the eLaurus website and convert them to subscribers. I produced short videos for instagram, youtube and others to directly market eLaurus to our social media audiences.

Quick Science shorts for STEM events

The eLaurus social media accounts aims to grow it’s audience by sharing STEM related info about milestones, historical events, interesting facts and more through easy to consume, bite-sized Youtube Shorts and Instagram Reels.

hockingstuart real estate social medias

hockingstuart is a network of dozens of franchise real estate offices, each with their own social media presence and target audience in each territory. This meant a need to create short videos for each office to share milestones, feature properties and keep their audience up to date with the latest trends and news.
